Also, if the design parameters needed for the project are outside of our capability, our company works very closely with local architectural and engineering firms. Often, this presents the opportunity to take advantage of a design-build type of contract. In effect, Hill - Kimmel Contracting works hand-in-hand with the architect and the client to develop the ideal project suited to the customer's budget.
